REQUIREMENTS:
higher education (qualification — operation of transport and processing machines and complexes) or secondary specialized education (practical mechanics supervision);
skills in working with fitter’s and assembler’s tools and measuring instruments;
knowledge of the unified system of engineering drawings, unified system for technological documentation, unified system of tolerances and fits;
basic knowledge of metrology;
basic knowledge of automated design engineering (СAD/CAM/PDM) is favoured.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
coordination of the work of several departments (procurement service, technical control department, production sites);
management of the working personnel (including scheduling shifts, compiling shift-daily tasks, training, development, certification);
maintenance of high-quality workflow of the site (filling out logs, acceptance and delivery certificates).
