"Transport of the Future"
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin Visited the Production Site of Transport of the Future
On January 28, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the production site of the company Transport of the Future in Tolyatti, located within the scientific and production center for unmanned aerial systems Samara.
During the visit, the Head of State reviewed the production and testing processes of domestically developed UAVs, emphasizing the importance of this industry for the country.
In addition, Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the development of unmanned aviation, where prospects and strategic directions of the sector were discussed. The President highlighted the need for significant expansion of the UAV systems center in Tolyatti, stressing its key role in Russia’s technological progress.

About the platform
Transport of the Future participates in the Government of the Russian Federation working groups on developing new legislation for the UAV industry
Within the framework of public-private partnerships, the following projects have been implemented:
ELR in the Samara and Belgorod regions
Together with the Government of the Samara Region, we have introduced an experimental legal regime (ELR) that authorizes flights of UAVs weighing over 30 kg. Similar work to implement the ELR is also underway in the Belgorod Region.
Scientific and Production Center for UAVs in Samara
The UAV Research and Production Center (RPC) Samara was established by Transport of the Future in cooperation with the NTI platform and the Zhigulevskaya Valley technopark. Over the past year, extensive joint work has been carried out: a production site has been created for teams engaged in the development, manufacturing, and operation of UAVs.
Today, Transport of the Future is the anchor resident of the UAV RPC Samara. We are already producing over 200,000 propellers per month, 50,000 drone body kits, assembling around 200 heavy agricultural UAVs, and carrying out many other essential tasks at this facility.
Vision Investment Fund
Transport of the Future and the NTI platform established the Vision Fund with a capitalization of 10 billion rubles to support the development of the UAV industry.
Open opportunities to become part of a new industry
An open airspace for flight

Pilot Production in Belgorod Region
Since 2022, the small-scale production complex for UAVs in the Belgorod Region has been developing dynamically. We are attracting new technical specialists, forming Competence Centers in technologies, and expanding our material assets.
This facility is the heart of the company’s innovative activities. Here we develop platforms from the idea stage to a prototype, which is later put into serial production.

Serial Production of UAVs in the Samara Region
In December 2023, we launched the first stage of a plant for serial production of UAVs in the Togliatti Special Economic Zone. In addition to UAV assembly, the production site has deployed an automated large-scale manufacturing of all key UAV components within the framework of the Research and Production Center.

Engineering School
Transport of the Future is building the foundation for the development of the entire industry: we have created the Russian Engineering School.
This is a modern educational platform where we are already training highly qualified specialists for unmanned aviation. Within the framework of the Engineering School, we implement comprehensive training programs: from basic study of electrical engineering, drafting, and engineering calculations to working with advanced technologies in 3D modeling, programming, and automated design.
