Serial Production of UAV and Components in the Samara Region
Pilot Small-Scale Production in the Belgorod Region

Elements of UAS

CNC Metalworking Section
The CNC section produces elements for the entire range of UAV of varying complexity – from small adapters and flanges to key body parts, electric motors, and radiators. Today, our machine park already includes over 10 units, including five-axis machines for producing large and complex parts. This allows a part to be manufactured within hours after being designed by engineers, with minimal deviations from the documentation.
Electric Motors

Electric Motor Assembly Section
The UAV components production center already operates a full small-scale cycle for manufacturing and assembling electric motors for all models of our UAV. We are preparing to launch the country’s first automated electric motor production lines for UAV to transition from pilot to mass production.
Electric Motor Component Production
Production of stators, rotors, windings, and final assembly – the complete cycle is already implemented.
Motor Capacity
We produce small motors for training drones starting at 44 W and large motors for air taxis and cargo UAS with peak power up to 35,000 W.

Propellers

Propeller Production Section
The first propellers we developed were made from carbon fiber and used on large cargo UAV and air taxis. Today, we have mastered plastic propeller production using injection molding machines, reducing manufacturing time from 1–2 days to a few minutes without compromising efficiency or quality, which is critical for mass production.

Batteries

Battery Production
Depending on the UAV application, we develop batteries with different key parameters: for some models, charging speed is critical; for others, capacity is key. In small-scale production, we assemble batteries using our own PCBs and purchased cells. Since batteries are the “heart” of a UAV, we are working on establishing a full production cycle: launching our own cell production plant, which meets the best global standards, and starting automated PCB assembly lines.
Charging Speed
Minimum charge time – 15 minutes.
Energy Density
Over 250 Wh/kg.
Battery Range
We develop and plan to produce batteries for different UAS types. Lithium-ion cells can range in size from a matchbox to an A4 sheet.

Body Components

Body Production Section
At our Composite Materials Center, we produce body parts using two technologies:
-Carbon fiber;
-Vacuum-formed plastic, which increases production speed and ensures high precision through automation.
Arms

Arm Production Section
Production of arms, installation and adjustment of motors, drivers, and propellers – one of the key sections of UAV assembly. Propeller-motor groups undergo additional quality control and reliability checks, reducing the risk of malfunctions before flight.

Electronics

Electronic Component Production Section
We design and manufacture UAV electronics – motor drivers, BMS boards, and flight controllers. All electronics are tested on specialized test benches before installation. With the transition to mass production, we are preparing to launch an automated assembly line.
Assembly

UAV Assembly Section
The final stage of UAV production includes mounting all components, tuning, functionality checks, and flight preparation. Assembly staff also handle repair and maintenance of the entire UAV fleet of “Transport of the Future.”
Assembly Technologies Developed
Staff have mastered assembly for 9 different UAS models and modifications and can service more than 10 types of airframes.
Experimental and Serial Assembly
In our R&D center in the Belgorod region, engineers and mechanics assemble new UAS platforms, refine existing ones, and develop precise assembly algorithms for transfer to mass production.
