Today, Transport of the Future Samara is the anchor resident of the UAV Research and Production Center in Samara. Every month, the facility produces 200,000 propellers, 50,000 drone body kits, and assembles 200 heavy agricultural drones.

We understand that the future of the company is people. That is why we created the Russian Engineering School at the Samara site, where employees can not only learn new things but also relax during breaks between work.

A New Approach to Organizing Mass Production

In December 2023, we launched the first phase of the plant for mass production of UAVs in the Tolyatti Special Economic Zone. Today, at the Samara UAV R&D Center, we produce hundreds of component sets daily, from which we assemble UAVs of our own design.

Releasing high-quality products is valuable.

UAV Research and Production Center

The creation of a network of Research and Production Centers (RPCs) is aimed at developing an industrial base and ensuring Russia’s technological sovereignty, as well as fulfilling the goals of the national project “Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.”
The Samara UAV Research and Production Center is the first regional RPC — an infrastructure hub open for use by resident innovators who design promising aircraft.

The company Transport of the Future is a key resident of the RPC and one of its founders, together with NTI and the Government of the Samara Region. Companies in the region working in the UAV industry can become RPC residents and take advantage of the infrastructure being created for the development and production of UAVs and components.

Key Components of the
Research & Production Center

A park of high-tech equipment for the production of UAV components. A place where residents can manufacture parts using their own technology.

A specialized facility equipped with advanced aeronautical systems for UAV flight tests. It enables validation and testing of core business models, as well as preparation for certification.

A set of equipment and test benches for UAV subsystems and components. It allows testing of electric motors and drivers, as well as strength and climate tests of composite UAV elements.
