Career Growth

From Locksmith to Designer with «Transport of the Future»

The Russian Engineering School has been operating at the Transport of the Future site since the beginning of this year. Here, proactive employees can train in areas such as materials science, technical drawing (including mastery of engineering and design software), basic robotics skills, and management fundamentals.
The main goal of the project is to develop engineer-designers from workers, help build a production career, and grow into operational-level management positions.
At the same time, the Engineering School is not just a training center but also a space where employees can take a break from work and participate in various events, including with their families. On three floors, in addition to classrooms, there is a gym, cafeteria, assembly hall, and a relaxation area with virtual reality.
We believe that creating a comfortable and motivating environment contributes to the professional and personal growth of our employees.

Curriculum

Materials Science

Study of construction materials (metals, carbon, plastic) at the level of sensory experience: developing a «feel for metal» through bending, breaking, drilling, and other impacts to build intuitive understanding of strength, elasticity, and fragility.

Material Handling Skills

Employees learn manual processing of materials: drilling, filing, grinding, and cutting threads. Such work develops precision, tactile perception, and kinesthetic skills.

Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Employees gain hands-on experience with containers, observing how they deform, inflate, or explode under pressure. These experiments teach caution when working with gases and liquids and complement theoretical knowledge with mathematical calculations.

Chemistry

Chemistry is taught through vivid experiments rather than memorizing formulas. Explosions, foaming, color changes, and fizzing spark interest in science, turning learning into an exciting adventure.

Electricity and Electrical Engineering

Employees study electricity through practical work: assembling circuits on specialized stands, exploring the operation of electrical devices (motors, sensors, relays), and performing necessary calculations, developing applied skills.

Computer Calculations and Modeling

Using specialized software, engineers perform strength, aerodynamic, and other technical calculations, refining analytical and technical precision.

Design Basics

Employees design material objects as part of the training, developing figurative three-dimensional thinking. Techniques include 3D modeling, 3D printing, laser cutting, holograms, and virtual reality technologies.

Development of Written and Oral Arithmetic

Special training develops oral and written arithmetic skills, one of the most important competencies for an engineer.

Drawing and Descriptive Geometry

Employees learn to draw on Whatman paper, which disciplines thinking and enhances spatial imagination. Working without easy error correction teaches careful planning and visualization before drawing lines.
